- Send It Back – Use the provided return label (if applicable) or a tracked shipping method.
Refund Eligibility
- Full Refunds – Issued for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Partial Refunds – May apply if items show signs of wear or are not in resellable condition.
- Non-Refundable Items – Personalized, sale, or clearance items (unless faulty).
